Midweek baking... Portuguese Custard Tarts...

A couple nights ago I had a major craving for Portuguese Custard Tarts... Haven't had them in ages, and just so happened to have the ingredients around... I used Jamie Oliver's recipe, freestyled a bit, cheated a bit, but they were goooood!

Not much blogging, have had a week and a half straight of night horrors and my mum is in Vietnam... I am just juggling right now!
