Friday baking caramel chocolate chip blondies

Up and at em early on my birthday, got this recipe off the two peas and their pod blog

And it is seriously good! I couldn't find 'baking caramel' so I just used pieces of cadburys caramello! Deliciously sweet and lovely, perfect birthday blondies!
